                           Completion of Acquisition



Further to the announcement dated 22 December 2003, Kewill Systems plc is
pleased to announce the successful completion of the acquisition of the
TradePoint Systems group. Accordingly, and in respect of the $500,000 of the
consideration for the purchase payable in Kewill Ordinary Shares on completion,
491,816 new Ordinary Shares in the capital of Kewill Systems plc have been
allotted by the Company.
