Pilkington plc - European Commission Inspection

Pilkington plc confirms that European Commission officials visited a number of Pilkington company locations in Europe on 22 and 23 February, with authorisation to inspect documents, under Article 20(4) of Council Regulation 1/2003, in connection with alleged infringements within the European glass industry of Article 81 of the Treaty of Rome.

Pilkington is of course co-operating in the Commission's inspection
